You Don't Know

Jeremiah 33:3 - Call to me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things you did not know.

We see in our minds, a story of

our future

We see in our minds, pictures

of us all

We expect in our minds that we know,

we know!

How certain things are going to go

That we know who we are

"We'll all go to 'church' at

this exact time

and this and this and that

will happen

and I will be "this"

and she will say "that"

but do we know what a "church"

really is?

Or who we have actually become?

We're trying hard to get to

somewhere new

to be someone so much more

But we fail... because we have no

idea what any of it will be like

God desires to transform

for us to be rearranged, even things

we never considered could change

Only by calling to him, he must do it

...By ways we didn't expect

into something more

and so different

than the tiny stories we were expecting

in our minds

is going to happen

And all of our being and soul will rejoice

in being alive

and giving glory to God

And we will rejoice in all

the strange and marvelous

ways God has opened our

eyes to who he is...

and who he has become

in us

and who he has become

in our lives

as a heavenly family

We want God to be more

But he also wants to be more

Than ever before!

As we call to him with our whole hearts

in hunger for what he waits eagerly

to show to us all
